We got a nice double room with a huge bed from top floor with "sort of" sea view. Hotel is sideways, so you have to lean over balcony to see the sea properly. It was good enought for us though, we went to beach and enjoyed also the pool that was good size. Breakfast was rather nice, better than expected. Close to a supermarket to get basics
Further away from town center than we thought. Construction site next to hotel. Not very nice views as the hotel is further away from the sea than expected. The breakfast was good, but they did not refill quick enough the coffee machines and food trays, so people had to wait. The hotel was not able to help you with dinner places etc. We sorted them via Booked.net on mobile phone.

Had a real good stay for business trip and good value, the hotel serves the purpose well. The room was very clean & well maintained and available with the bedroom and slippers, for instance. The location was magnificent and unbeatable for exploring this fantastic area, right by the beaches and central Marbella, all the lovely bars and beach clubs to the right, and centre where the cafes resturants are. I randomly popped in Starbucks serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the venue, it was nice.

The room was clean, and the buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is well situated. Overall, it is a good value for money.
I would recommend to offer free internet connection to their guests.

Late breakfast (everyday until 11.30 AM). Clean and confortable room. Firendly staff.
The room was a bit noisy - we could basicly hear everything was was happening in the roooms next to ours.

Convenient as a night stopover from Malaga Airport. Nothing wrong with the hotel.
Actual location on maps/navigator was confusing - as it turned out the hotel was easy to find but only by research prior to travel and the fact that there are signs on the main road to guide. Booked.net map pushpin is wrong or at best vague. I sent an e-mail to the hotel for clarification and never received a reply - not good.

Room was impressive and bright and clean.
Off the main road, in a central position.

Lovely hotel. Very reasonable price. Short walk to beach, where you walk along boardwalk to all restaurants/bars. Short taxi ride to Puerto Banus. Excellent Location. Rooms were lovely. Very clean. Breakfast Buffet a bit disorganised, but included in rate so fantastic!
could be a few more sun loungers by pool. but so close to the beach that it would be a shame to stay by pool every day!!

The twin/double room on upper floors, facilities worked for us. Unbeatable location, walking distance to everywhere. Set in a very nice area not far from supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and the sea front.

The comfort of the room excellent quality for the price. Good breakfast and outside parking available.
Had to walk about 10 minutes to the beach under the hot sun.

Check-in was quick an easy even though we arrived at 11.00am, room very clean an comfortable. Breakfast good. Location quiet yet convenient to beach an city centre. Would recommend to friends.
Some of the staff could be a little friendlier, but were still polite. A bar open later in the evening would have been useful, as this closed very early.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the breakfast spread—it was a feast with fresh fruits and pastries! The outdoor swimming pool and sunny terrace made for perfect relaxation spots after a day of exploring. The only downside was the somewhat outdated furnishings in the room, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The beachfront restaurant offered freshly cooked dishes, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were impressive for coffee & tea which is commonly offered by hotels within the same ranking stars, the staff was pleasant. Nothing too much trouble, I had a fairly nice stay and would definitely return here.

Good staff, particularly maintainence and housekeeping, free internet, good available street parking, close to supermarkets, fridge in room, good breakfast timings, reasonable distance to beach, on main bus routes, good rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, Good enough value for what we paid (£385 for week) but poor by nh standards elsewhere. This is in no way a criticism of staff who worked tirelessly under difficult conditions. The place needs better management and the area around hotel requires serious attention.
The cold breakfast was reasonable but hot choice was terrible with greasy ham type bacon and gross scrambled egg that was constantly empty. After 9am it was a free for all with endless lines for tables which were full of used dishes because staff were struggling to cope with checking people into restaurant, replenishing coffee etc because there were not enough staff and no proper management. The bar in hotel and at pool was closed so no food or drink available throughout day. Pool area was small and overcrowded all afternoon by people who had left towels out in morning. Absolutely nothing to keep guests in after 6pm with a very uninviting bar/restaurant area that never seemed to be staffed. The area around the hotel is ugly due to large adjacent building site, scruffy side streets with dog excrement and open bins. The walk to the promenade took around 10 minutes and a further 15 mins to get into Marbella central. There were some pleasant restaurants within 10 minutes walk in either direction but generally a bleak area.

A convenient location just a 7-minute walk from the beach. The staff was notably friendly and provided a great breakfast with fresh products. The room's furniture was a bit tired and could use some updates. Despite this, the overall experience was satisfying, particularly considering the reasonable price.
